Deep-dive into VoyceBook's automated GST engine: HSN/SAC resolution, multi-state IGST calculation, Government IRP e-invoicing, and MSME 45-day tracking.

Place of Supply & GST Tax Resolution Engine

Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) mandates strict place-of-supply rules. If the supplier's state GSTIN matches the recipient's state GSTIN, the transaction is intra-state (CGST + SGST). If states differ, inter-state IGST is levied automatically.

VoyceBook validates recipient GSTINs in real time via Government API checks, validating active status, trade name, and registered jurisdiction to prevent Input Tax Credit (ITC) rejections.

Government IRP E-Invoicing Integration

For B2B entities exceeding the statutory turnover threshold, VoyceBook connects directly with authorized Invoice Registration Portals (IRPs). The workflow generates a signed Invoice Reference Number (IRN) and cryptographically signed QR code embedded on the PDF.

Income Tax Section 43B(h) (MSME 45-Day Payment Rule)

Under the Finance Act, payments to registered Micro and Small enterprises must be settled within 45 days (if written agreement exists) or 15 days (without agreement). Unpaid dues are disallowed as business expense deductions and attract compound interest at three times the RBI bank rate.

VoyceBook features an automated Section 43B(h) countdown timer on all vendor bills, flagging overdue invoices before financial year-end.
