INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made on [Date], between [Freelancer Name] ("Contractor") and [Client Name] ("Client").
1. SERVICES & MILESTONES
Contractor agrees to provide the following services: [Brief Description of Deliverables]. Additional requests outside this scope shall be billed at [Rate]/hour.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
