From proposal to payment in one connected workflow

Here's a walkthrough of what a single engagement looks like end-to-end in VoyceBook, from the first proposal to the final payment being reconciled.
1. The proposal
A proposal is drafted with line items, scope and pricing, then sent for the client's acceptance. Every view and edit is logged on the document's timeline, so you can see exactly when the client opened it and whether they came back to it before accepting.
2. The contract
Once accepted, the proposal can be converted directly into a contract, carrying the agreed scope and pricing forward instead of being retyped. The contract can be sent for e-signature, producing a sealed PDF that matches exactly what the signer saw.
3. The invoice
Invoices are generated from the contract's milestones or payment schedule, with GST computed automatically from the customer's place of supply. Because the invoice is linked back to the contract, anyone on the team can see which clause it corresponds to.
4. The payment
When a payment comes in — whether via a payment link or bank reconciliation — it's matched to the invoice and the whole chain, from proposal to payment, is visible as a single connected thread rather than four unrelated documents.
